Some people know what, some people know how, but we, Food Technologists, know why...
This is my favorite line of my program in school. yes, i’m currently taking up Food Technology at the University of Santo Tomas. Actually,I chose the program based on curiosity. i know. People would ask if i regret taking it? My answer would probably no. I can say that I have the most interesting program. Why? If there’s no Food Technologists the world would have no, instant noodles, candies, chocolates, junk foods, pasta, and a lot more. whatever you can find
in the groceries, we study and make it. o-kayyy. Being a Food Technologists ain’t easy… it’s full of Chemistry and Mathematics courses. I’ll admit im not the most intelligent and studious type of student im the exact opposite. haha. I rarely opens my class notes at home. BUT, it suddenly hit me!! Im the one who would make my future bright, im the one who would make myself successful or not.Im currently in my third year and my grades are so-so and i want to be a career and goal oriented Food Technologist someday, i want to provide people with safe and healthy food to consume, i want to sell products that can benefit all people… BUT HOW??? I realized that to study effectively, I should focus and give time to it. That’ the two reason that i could think of. FOCUS and concentrate and ALLOT TIME.. lots of time for studying. :)
